The Einböck family recently hosted an exclusive event for their international partners, celebrating decades of successful collaboration and raising a toast to the future and a new chapter of the Einböck history.

Guests came from numerous countries from Europe and overseas like the Netherlands, Australia, the USA, Canada, Spain, Bulgaria, Sweden, Ireland and many more. “Our decades-long business relationship has not only developed into many successful partnerships, but in many cases also into a genuine friendship. It makes us very proud that so many of our partners took their time to join our special event in Austria!” explained Leopold Einböck Sr.

Honor and opening of the new factory

The past 90 years and their most important events were looked back on. Leopold Sr. and Birgit Einböck, who have been writing the company’s history for 35 years, were honored for their exceptional leadership over more than three decades. The new factory “Dobl” was ceremoniously opened with the symbolic cutting of a ribbon. The highlight was the handover of the company to the next generation, Michael, Leopold Jr. and Theresa.

With the official handover of the company to the 4^th generation, Leopold Sr. & Birgit Einböck step back from the management after 35 years. From now on, their children will take over all their responsibilities. Leopold Jr. Einböck is the commercial manager (CCO), while Michael Einböck is responsible for the technical area as managing director (CTO). Their sister Theresa Zöbl contributes her expertise in financial management. This means that even after 90 years, Einböck remains an independently managed family business.

Decades of partnerships and joint successes

The evening also focused on the cooperation that the Einböck family business has built up with its partners, importers and dealers from all over the world over many decades. These long-standing relationships were and are one of the most important components of Einböck’s success and were honored accordingly. “Our partnerships are not just business connections, they are based on trust, the same work philosophy and common goals and motivation” emphasized Leopold Jr. Furthermore, he mentions that “some partnerships have been going on for decades what is invaluable to us. We are looking forward to celebrating success together with our partners and shaping the future with them!”

Einböck: With new ideas into the future

The new generation wants to continue the same path together and adapt the company to the constant changes in the market. “Our goal is to continue to be a strong and reliable partner, to grow healthily and to offer the right solutions for every challenge,” says Michael. The young management team wants to lead the company into a successful future with fresh ideas and full motivation together with the Einböck team but without forgetting their roots and core values.

Working together and celebrating together

The past and future of the family business were celebrated in the company’s own restaurant “Einkehr” (German for “homecoming”) until the early morning hours. “It has been a very successful partner week and an unforgettable, special partner event for the Einböck history books!” explains Theresa. A successful celebration that made the bond between the 3^rd and 4^th generation of the Einböck family and the international partners tangible.
